Jen is a loving mom, proud HotMa (grandma) of two energetic grandsons, and happily married to her husband and business partner, Jonathan, since 1994. With decades spent balancing family, business, and self-care, Jen intimately understands the daily pressures moms face.

After a lifetime of experience, Jen knows that true wellness starts with overcoming exhaustion, reclaiming energy, and finding balance through simple, nurturing routines. She's passionate about wellness methods that nourish the body without harmful chemicals, including red-light therapy, UV tanning, and toxin-free essentials.

Jen’s mission is to share the transformative power of natural self-care, empowering you with rejuvenating routines and personalized tips so you can experience more energy, health, and confidence.

Jonathan is a natural leader whose character was forged through his journey as an Eagle Scout and Ironman Triathlete. Married since 1994 to his wife and business partner, Jen, his relentless drive is matched only by his commitment to empowering others.

With decades of experience, Jonathan deeply understands that wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all. His passion lies in helping you discover natural, holistic solutions customized to your individual goals and budget.
