What is InSPArations Spa?

InSPArations Spa is a 24-hour self-service wellness spa offering a variety of holistic therapies to promote relaxation, recovery, and overall well-being.

What services do you offer?

We provide a range of wellness services, including:

  • Laser Lipo

  • Red Light Therapy

  • Infrared Saunas

  • HydroMassage

  • Ozone Therapy

  • PEMF Therapy

  • Halotherapy (Salt Therapy)

  • Tanning

  • Cryotherapy (if available)

  • Other self-care treatments

Booking & Service Questions

Do I need to book appointments in advance?

Our spa operates on a self-service model, and members can use their included services at any time. Some premium services may require advance booking.

How long do sessions last?

Session times vary based on the service. Most therapies last between 10-30 minutes.

Are there any restrictions on how often I can use the spa?

Your membership includes unlimited access to services within your package, but we ask that you be mindful of others and follow session time recommendations.

Health & Safety

Is the spa sanitized regularly?

Yes! Our spa is cleaned and maintained regularly to ensure a safe and hygienic environment. We also ask that members clean equipment after each use.

Can I use the spa if I’m pregnant?

Some services may not be recommended during pregnancy. Please consult your doctor before using our therapies.

Do you offer gift cards or trial passes?

Yes, we offer gift cards and limited trial passes for new guests who want to experience our services before committing to a membership.

Billing & Payments

How does billing work?

Memberships are set up on an automatic payment system (EFT Authorization). Your card or bank account will be charged on the same day each month.

What if my payment fails?

If a payment fails, an automatic email will be sent, and you may have a grace period to resolve the issue. We are considering implementing a small fee for failed payments.

Can I cancel my membership?

We ask that Members stay for 3-months to really notice changes in the body. After the initial term, your membership will continue on a month-to-month basis until you cancel. However we have no contract so you can cancel at anytime.

Policies & Spa Guidelines

Do you allow walk-ins?

Since our spa operates as a self-service wellness center, members have 24/7 access. If you are interested in trying our services, please schedule a tour or contact us for non-member pricing.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds for memberships or services. However, you may transfer your membership if needed.

What if I have a medical condition or a pacemaker?

Please consult with your doctor before using any of our services, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have a pacemaker, pump, or other implanted devices. You will be required to provide emergency contact information upon signing up.

Q: What should I wear to my appointment?

Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing is recommended for most services. If using the sauna or hydrotherapy, bringing a towel or swimwear is suggested.

Can I bring a guest?

Memberships are for individual use only. However, we do offer non-member pricing if a guest wants to try a session.

How do I update my personal or payment information?

You can update your information through our member portal or by contacting us directly.

Membership & Pricing

Do I need a membership to use the spa?

We offer both membership options and non-member pricing. However, members receive the best value, priority access, and additional perks.

What are the membership options?

We offer different membership levels, including Basic, Elite, and All-Inclusive packages. Memberships can be paid monthly or annually, and they provide unlimited access to selected services.

Is there a setup fee?

Yes, all memberships require a one-time setup fee. The setup fee is $99 for most memberships and $49 for the Basic Pass.

Can I share my membership with someone else?

If you have an All-Inclusive membership and want to share with a non-family member, the cost will be split equally, and each person will receive their own package.

Can I transfer my membership to someone else?

Yes! You can transfer your membership for a $99 transfer fee.

What happens if I stop using my membership?

We do not issue refunds or credits for non-use. It is your responsibility to take advantage of the services during your membership term.
